Paddocks:
* 15 large dry-lot style paddocks with run-in shelters & round bales
* 6 extra dry-lot style paddocks with metal panel fencing
* Automated waterers in Paddocks
* Heated water in the winter
* Beautiful 1st cut & 2nd cut Round bales in all pastures
* Beautiful 1st cut square bales for those who can't have round bales.
* Lights the entire length of the property

Arenas:
* 60' x 120' Indoor Riding Arena with 16' ceiling with crusher dust/dead sand footing
* 90'x115' Outdoor arena with crusher dust/dead sand footing
* 60' round pen with crusher dust/dead sand footing
* Mirrors in the indoor
* Bird netting in the indoor to eliminate birds nesting
* Props available- Barrels, ground poles, jumping standards, etc.
* Lights for night time riding
