Leasing
We have multiple lease options available for clients with our school horses depending on your riding goals. All leases are on-site only. All of our leases are "pool leases" unless deemed otherwise. Pool leasing is when you are assigned multiple horses to ride throughout the month versus a single horse lease.
We require a minimum commitment of at least three months.

Practice-lease: is per month - includes 4 practice rides per month (1 per week), use of school tack. Routine Dental, Veterinary & Farrier costs are included.

Practice-lease still allows Nichole and other instructors to use the horse in the school program with other riders. We offer 1 free semi-private lesson per month with our practice lease option.

Quarter-lease: is per month - includes 8 practice rides per month (2 per week), use of school tack. Routine Dental, Veterinary & Farrier costs are included.

Quarter-lease still allows Nichole and other instructors to use the horse in the school program with other riders. We offer 1 free semi-private lesson per month with our quarter lease option.

Half-leasing: is per month - includes 12 practice rides per month (3 per week), use of school tack. Routine Dental, Veterinary & Farrier costs are included.

Full-leasing: is per month and includes 16 practice rides per month (4 per week), use of school tack. Routine Dental, Veterinary & Farrier costs are included.

Show-leasing: is per month and includes 12 practice rides per month (3 per week) and one private lesson per week (4 per month). This lease is on 2 of our school horses and includes use of school/show tack. Routine Dental, Veterinary & Farrier costs are included.
